Taste it All
I've been waiting - I've been watching
I've been learning from the lines on my hand and the shape that it's made in
I've been thinking - Dangerous occupation
For a mind that is circling the signs that say "Road Less Taken"
Every moment, every story, every dream every touch -
Celebrates Life, celebrates lust -
I want to celebrate each moment until I'm blown to dust
I've been waking to the story
All the stars in the sky are like runes and they're speaking my language
And the message I'm receiving is as old as the dream of desire at the heart of creation
I want celebrate the building of a deepening trust, celebrate life, celebrate lust
I want to celebrate each moment until I've blown to dust
I want taste it all - Drink all the radiant faces in
Even the "could-bes" and "might-have-beens" - I want taste it all
I want to taste it all - walk under cedars in mountain mist
Linger an hour on every kiss - I want to taste it all - Taste it all
I've been thinking - about movement -
How the time between lives can be slow like the time is for mountains
And the moment is forever and a lifetime is nothing but flashes of light on a fountain
Every moment, every story, every dream every touch -
Celebrates Life, celebrates lust -
I never knew that it was possible to take in this much
I want taste it all - Drink all the radiant faces in
Even the "could be's" and "might have beens" - I want taste it all
I want to taste it all - walk under cedars in mountain mist
Linger an hour on every kiss - I want to taste it all - Taste it all
